small white leghorn

Just wondering if anyone could suggest why my leghorn has not yet grown as she is still really small and compared to my 10 week chick she is tiny lol i have had her for about 8 months , could there be something wrong with her growth ? or what

Here she is ..... she weighs about 1 1/2lb-2lb and now she has just sat on 7 of her own eggs lol and i have another big black silkie sitting on 7
