small yolk-free eggs in mature chicken

I've been waiting for one of my phoenix bantam hens to lay proper sized eggs for over a year. I realise it is normal when they begin laying, but this should be a thing of the past by now. Does anyone else have the same problem? I presume she is infertile?

There are hens that have problems in their reproductive tracts that prevent them from laying viable eggs. It sounds as if she may be one of these. Is there any chance of free ranging her?

I usually cull those hens. If its a pet then nothing you can do but have her around.
