If the skin is raw I would clean it with betadine or soap and water, and apply neosporin ointment. Are these chickens new to one another. I would put her in a cage in the coop so they stay familiar with her. When letting her out she needs to be watched, and any bullies isolated for a week. BluKote spray would be good to put on her wound when she goes back out--it will coat it blue so it doesn't attract more pecking.
