Smaller, thinner chick, what can I do to help?

Oh I miss read that. So the Australorpe is slowest? I don't have a lot of experience as i only have had one, but she is a big girl and a quick grower.

I am getting the feeling that there is just some chicks that are runts. Smaller and slower to grow. It would be interesting to see how some of these "runts" faired as full grown hens. If they ended up catching up or just being smaller their whole lives.
