I had one that is small like that but she isn't any bantam breed. She is mixed with a buff and RIR. And sweet as can be. The only one of my hcicks that will actually not fight me when I pick her up. I named her midget. She will be 4 weeks old monday and I can still hold her in the palm of my hand. It takes 2 hands to cover her but she is so much smaller than the rest of my chicks. I had dropped her egg and cracked it and she hatched on day 18. None of the others hatched. She was also upside down. But she is doing fine. I thought she wasa deformed for a week or two there because she didn't have a tail. Then I noticed a few feathers starting to poke out her backside. Really odd looking but she is now a tailed bird. Let me see if I can find a pic I took last week.
Sorry I was uploading on photobucket and it took me about 10 hours to upload!!!!! well at 2am the pc shutdown for some reason so I had to start over and it completed uploading at 6am! ok here they go.
Here he/she is. I used the can for comparisson.
