Smallest chicken gets bullied.

We bought a house in the country with an old barn and Chicken shed. We got our 9 Chickens and one guinea. The guinea was the first mistake. One of the cute little pullets turned out to be a . My problem is all my girls are good sized except one. She is solid dark redish brown. She gets bullied by all of the others. She is quite the runner but she has to be. Last to eat, last one in and last to perch and roost at night. What should I do?

Not sure there is much you can do. One will always be lowest.

I don't think so but she stands on one foot a lot. If I put her in my shed with me and she eats and acts normal.

Hi, sorry you're having an issue. Is your smallest a different breed than the others?

Could you separate her from the others, and maybe put her with a docile hen or maybe a half grown chick? If she had a friend ,you probably could introduce them into the flock, and the friend may offer some protection just by being with her.
