We've had this big ol' red rooster on our farm for about a month or so. I've been calling him "Fatty" or "Biggie" Today he defended/alerted the other chickens to a hawk. (not the first time either) What a good rooster!

So my seven year old son comes out back... and I told him about that vigilant roo's daring do ... and Eli says "Well let's name him 'Radar.'"

hmm.. I guess that name would be just about perfect!
