Smells ... and do people think your weird for enjoying the smell ?

There are several ODD things I like the smell of that many do not... Like... the smell of a fresh cow patty (farm girl, cant help it), The smell of a factory especially car factories or pipe manufacturing (grandpa was a tool and die maker for YEARS... reminds me of going down there at lunch in the summer as a child!! Wonderful times) The way a baby bunny smells right after being born. They have the "new bunny" smell and I love it... it's new life..

Normal things are the morning after a spring rain -- clean crisp and peaceful. The dogs after bathes -- lord knows you dont wanna be near them BEFORE LOL

Things I HATE -- Gasoline, New tires, my 10 yr old sons sneakers...

Smells are a memory trigger and many have good memories when they smell certian things.. Like the smell of a cigar reminds me of my Great Uncle... he always smelled like a fresh lit cigar. But some smells can trigger bad memories as well like the smell of diseal fuel can trigger a memory of an accident I had when I was 16 -- hit by a fuel truck and it burst into flames!! Not something I want to remember but.. from time to time... I do...

I think the weirdest smell I LIKE is -- Playdough!!!

Gay, straight, purple, or pink, he'd still be one of my top smells if I didn't have anosmia. And he's pretty easy on the eyes, and ears, too!

Horse barns/poo/bedding/straw/hay
Freshly mown hay field drying in the sun
Warm clover fields
Alfalfa bales

Mmmmmmmmm.............

Only non-farm people think its weird.

I like the smell of fiber-glass. My Dad used to work on cars when I was little and I would sneak the putty knife and sniff it til he caught me.
