my chicks smell funky

is there anyway to make the smell go away? are you aloud to give your chicks a shower? or anything x) i want them to smell good!

I never had a smelly chick. What do you have them in? What are you using for flooring? Shavings/newspapper

I had a grown up chicken once who smelled TERRIBLE... i washed her with baby shampoo in my sink (then bleached the heck out of the sink!) and let her dry well, and she smelled much better... her feet though, still reeked. I don't advise washing baby chicks though, they can get chilled quick. What breed is it? my stinky hen was a silkie.

If you use pine shavings, they will smell good!!
