Have a 2ish year old Silkie who started laying eggs without a hard shell. More of a sack and they’re usually popped or I just see yolk in the coop. Started oyster shells but I don’t see her eat them much. Now started with softer poop that smells horrible-this is a change. Advice??

Sorry that she's having trouble.

I'd start with giving her Extra Calcium once daily for a week. You can find Calcium Citrate with D3 in the vitamin aisle of stores like Walmart, CVS, etc. Give 1 tablet daily, just pull down on her wattles, pop the tablet into the beak and let her swallow.

Work on her staying hydrated and eating a nutritionally balanced poultry feed.

Can you tell if the membrane (soft shell) has broken before she was able to expel the yolk and albumen?
Does she have any discharge coming from the vent?
Is her vent clean and clear of poop and/or egg material?

Photos of her and her poop may be helpful.

Her vent seems clean. Egg some times stays in tact and other times is cracked/busted on the floor but mostly in tact.

What's her full diet? It could be some sort of infection.
She eats crumbles and pellet from a local feed store. We also have given oyster shell but I don’t think she’s eating it much. She also gets veggie scraps and have put egg shells back in the coop too to try to help
