This reminds me. Do you allow the entire 'Latin1 (ISO8859-1) Character Set' to be rendered by users?

I've been sticking with the degree symbol: 75&_#_176_; (remove underscores)

I've read all the above posts, but still can't figure it out. Why are the links in posts not automatically converted to a live link? It seems most of them have to be cut and pasted to work. What a drag! And yup, I'm on very slow dialup and I want the links to work.
