Hello everyone! So I have a Sebastopol goslings that is feathering out smooth. He has a few curly feathers but is mostly smooth. He is about 7 weeks old. Will he get more curly or will he only be semi curly? Here’s a picture from today.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

@BlueO Did you hatch this Gosling and did you ever see the parent stock? Some sebbies are naturally less curly and only have a few curly feathers which is why I wondered if you saw the parents.

The first Gosling I successfully hatched was full curly and it was very evident by 2 months. The first picture below is him at 1 month and the second picture is 2 months.

I've also had very smooth breasted girls and one with hardly any curls.

These two were both smooth breasts but ended up with quite a few curly feathers on their back. This is about a month old.

This is about 6 months.

I have no experience with Sebbs, but these looks like happy birds.
