SNAKE DETERENTS

Any place that sales sevendust, and stuff like that. I know my local feed and seed sales it. I am pretty sure TSC sales it to. I have been using this stuff for years and It has never caused any harm to my dogs, cats, goats, chickens, rabbits, or anything else. Snake's just don't like it. I put along side my chain link fence and then I do the inside and outside of the coop around the bottom. The chickens do not mess with it. If you have ever dealt with sulfer you know why....... it stinks really bad, but it works.

I can't find the powdered sulfur-- I checked TSC and walmart with no luck.

I've heard of water in jars and bags hung from awnings and tress to keep away flies.

I JUST put mothballs around the chicken coop last night.

Although, I let the chickens freerange for about 30 minutes last night and one of them picked up one of the mothballs! I made a lunging step and she dropped it, not sure if she would have if I wasn't there!

Try, the garden section in the store or go to a Garden Center. Usually, have it in bags.

i found an acutal snake repellent in powder form at TSC. it's in a shaker bottle like bisquick pancake mix. bright yellow label with a big snake on it. i just sprinkled it outside the coop and run and i've never seen a snake!
