Best I could do. He has learned. We have since had 2 rat snakes in the coop.

He is alot better and healing up nicely.

I sure was glad to read your husband isn't going to lose anything more than some skin. Had the snake bitten me I too would have delayed going to the hospital............at least long enough to put on clean drawers.

He is getting better than chicken drawers or snake drawers. He is getting a quilt made by byc'ers and I am seriously thinking of making the border for it a snakey fabric. OK I also have to sleep under it so it cant be to freaky to me. Me with out sleep makes for a real bad day to all around me.

Update:..........................

His finger is mostly healed up and still sore.

We well he was NOT me, moving stuff we had laying around. He asked do you think......................... I said yep probably a million of them (not so nice of a word) are laying under 1 by 4. He is a little more cautious now. As well as I am. I am now watching EVERYWHERE I walk out side.

God forbid one gets in the house..............I WILL move.
