Snakes <3 <3 <3 :)

you said pythons so they will get to be well over 5 feet? unlike the ball which will only be 4 to 5 feet fully grown.

Well most pythons don't get all that big the reticulated is pretty huge but most others max out at an average around 8 feet

Very placid in nature. The BHP is known for putting on a bit of a bluff show but generally is all hiss. I would love a ball python if we were allowed over here...they are gorgeous!

The Jungles grow can grow to 2.1 meters, Centralians and Murray Darlings 2.7meters, my BHP should grow up to 3 meters so he will be a big boy one day. The BHP tend to have weight issues too if fed bad diet but they do size up in width. My fellow in the pic is not a strong feeder so he always looks a little on the skinny. Coastals can grow over 2.2 meters and it varys a lot but the coastals are the most generally placid of them all I think.

I love reptiles. Lol so odd to see a "liked" snake thread lol. I used to breed boas and pythons when I lived in Cali. Now I am in Louisiana and let me tell ya'll- snakes are plentiful! Last year we had to put down a cottonmouth :-( tried relocation with but animal control kills poisonous snakes for safety unless endangered. But garter snakes, cali kings, speckeled kings, water snakes, king snakes and an array of turtles live here on the property. All help with rodents and other dangerous snakes. None have bothered my crazy dog, curious kids or me when I run like a mad woman trying to catch it for a picture
