I see a lot of hoofstock and dogs/cats on here, but was wondering if anyone else on the forum keeps snakes. We currently have 18, though I have one being shipped from a friend in Utah and another that my neighbor wants to give me on the way - they're almost as addictive as chickens! Most of our snakes are actually my husband's; he had quite a collection before we met. I only have a few, most of whom were adoptions/rescues from people who couldn't care for them anymore (and weren't really taking good care of them to begin with).

These are my scaley babies:

Now, show me your snakes!

No current pics yet but I have had the same ball python since 2002 and he is such a sweet heart! Only breed I would ever have prolly.

I once had an Albino Burmese Python w/ Labrynth genes, but he passed away about 2 years ago. He was a gentle giant, about 12 ft long. Before him was a Corn Snake, 3 Ball Pythons, and another Albino Burmese Python. That guy got sold before we moved to WA state though. He was another gentle giant. . . Would literally sleep with his food after a while.

No snakes for me, and none in the foreseeable future. I would love a Kenyan sand boa and a rosy boa, though.
