Hello fellow okies. I need to know if anyone has anything that will keep snakes out of the hen house. Ive had chickens for over a year and never have I had a snake in the hen house until today 
. I had baby chicks hatch yesterday. We had 10 happy healthy baby chicks. I went out to the hen house this afternoon to check on momma and babies and found momma on the ground with 2 babies and found a 5 foot bull snake having a baby chick dinner needless to say he wont be eating.anything else, but I'm completley heartbroken and I'm sure momma is to. Any help with this would help me out a lot. Just a side note mother and babies have now been moved into my.enclosed back porch.
