about a 3month ago i found out my broody hen was missing eggs every day and she was broody for the 2 nd time but no chicks the egg alway disapperd and one day i went to go check on them one day and a snake was eating the eggs

so watch out for them they eat eggs

Snakes will not leave if they can get a decent meal from somewhere, so you really have to work hard to get rid of them. Try closing up all holes with hardware cloth or screen. Put a golf ball/ fake egg in the nest, and s/he will eat it and die.
 
Snakes can be quite difficult to get rid of. They can get through amazingly small openings.
