One of my chickens started sneezing and has a crusty nose. It's been 5 or below here the last few days. Could that be from the cold if acting fine otherwise?

Not from the cold, are you closing the coop up, that sounds more like from dust and not enough ventilation, especially if your hen is fine in every other way.
