I have an adult brahma hen that is sick and could use some help. She has been broody for over a month now but her clutch didn't make it due to situations not linked. I noticed last evening she was acting strange so I picked her up and noticed she was weezing and gurgling when breathing. She is also coughing, has lost weight , and has a crusty nose. We got some tylan and administered .5 cc of it last night in the skin on the back of her neck. She sounds horrible.
I might be paranoid but I think some of my other hens are starting to act weird too like laying in the middle of the field when I'm out feeding... never seen that happen before. I have tried to do some research and it kind of sounds like either infectious bronchitus or coryza. I could use some advice on what else I should do.
Thanks so much
