Sneezing and runny nose!

I have two hens, one has been sneezing for the past few weeks but I heard that can be normal, and since there were no other symptoms, I thought it was probably nothing.
Today she's been sneezing a lot more, and now has a slight runny nose. What is this? How can I treat it?

I should also add her eating, drinking, and poop is normal. Her comb and wattles are slightly pale but they've pretty much always been like that so I'm not sure if it's related or if it's just how she is.
