Sneezing and watery poop.

My 6mo old Orpington has been sneezing for the last two days. Not constant but she’ll randomly make a high picked sneeze noise. Today I noticed a very watery poop outside. I put VetRx in their water but what do you think she’s got? Also, how else should I use the VetRx on her? I heard you can drop it on their nostrils? Thank you!

I should also mention that her personality has not changed. She’s still laying normally and out running and free-ranging with the group. Her comb is not pale and she runs to me for treats whenever I go out there.

*Also, I have my baby chicks on medicated starter feed. Should I give it to my hens if there is a sick one? Would it be beneficial in any way?
