Sneezing ang closed eye

We just adopted a chicken and picked her up about an hour ago. She has sneezed probably a dozen times since then. Also, her one eye she keeps mostly closed. It's red very red and looks cloudy even when opened. Do toy ring there is something wrong with her and what should I give her to fix it? Thanks in advance!

She was at a farm. All the young chickens live together. Shes about 11 weeks old

It could most likely be dust, but does she have any discharge coming out of her nose when she sneezes?

Try and take her to the vet. If not possible, give her as much fresh air as possible and make sure she's not enclosed. And if you have any other chickens, make sure she's not around them. They will start pecking at her eye.
