Sneezing chick, need advice

My chicks will be two weeks old on Tuesday. They all seem healthy but the one started sneezing tonight. Should I be concerned? I'm new to chickens so forgive e but now she has me worried. She is eating and drinking and very active. She is one of the friendliest of the bunch, I'd hate to have her get sick and lose her. Is there anything I should look out for, such as signs if she is getting sick? I put electrolytes in the water tonight , they all have been vaccinated and I give them medicated food.

I posted this same question when mine were about the same age.

One of my Barred Rocks was sneezing. I immediately removed her and freaked out assuming she ha some type of deadly cold. But no, she's just sneezy! Even to this day she will still sneeze when they are scratching I think she's just extra sensitive. She is also my sweetest chick and my buddy. I would have been devastated to loose her! If she's eating and drinking, pooping ok and not getting worse than try not to worry.

Barring other symptoms, like drainage from the eyes or nostrils (nares) I wouldn't worry about it. Keep an eye on her, but as Penny said, some chicks are just more sneezy than others. The dust in the brooder, created both by the shavings and the chicks dander, can be irritating.

I have a 3 year old hen, healthy in every way, except that she either sneezes and/or hiccups every time she eats. She's been this way since she was a chick.

Ok thanks for the advice. I changed the shavings today so maybe that triggered it. She is a Red Cochin and such a sweetie. She'll leap over the others when she sees one of us and runs right up to us. She loves to be held, I hope she stays that way as she ages lol I never thought I could feel this way about chickens but they do have a way to win your heart. They are all really sweet but she is one of my favorites.

She climbs up your arms too and cuddles under your chin. I have a white Cochin who is just the opposite, its very shy. It neat watching as they develop their own personalities.

I'd say out of my first 12, I have 5 that are very social. I may rehome a few of the others. The point of us having chickens other than for eggs, was to enjoy them. When they flee at the sight of you, that's not very enjoyable. lol I have to catch my Production Reds and force them to let me hold them, the same with my Australorps and one of my Barred Rocks. Which is weird, because the other two Barred Rocks LOVE people...just that one doesn't.
They are like people. Might look the same, but everyone is different.
