sneezing chickens

HELP....We just got a pair of chickens, one rooster and one hen. I dont know what breed they are but they are bantams. Was at the coop today and saw the rooster sneezing and there is a clear discharge coming from his nose. Not sure if the hen has it but I am concerned that the rest will catch whatever it is. Could it be a cold and how can I take care of this. I wont be able to seperate them from the rest. We are working on a new coop. Pls help me!!!
