Are there any environmental factors that could be causing the sneezing, such as excessive dust? If not, it is more than likely a respiratory disease. There exist different kinds but CRD caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum infection is the most common. It is nasty and extremely contagious. You can treat with antibiotics with some success, but the bird will always be a carrier. The possible exception is if you treat with Baytril (from a vet) there is significant evidence that it actually cures them. You should separate her while you determine the cause of sneezing however if it’s CRD the others have more than likely already been exposed.
Good Luck
