What brand! They look really soft core. Or was it just a lot of burnishing?

Prismacolor! My go to. I also tend to do a lot of layering when I draw. Then I like to blend with white. I’ve been meaning to get a colorless blender though!

Poking in here, white works just as well as a colorless blender.

I've been using the same method
Except, as you can see, I outline with pencil...
