But I'm kinda doing a lot of that these year cause I'm starting drawings in advance so I don't fall behind I started today's and tomorrow's yesterday...

1. Favourite Bird
I don't believe I really have a "favourite bird" so I went to my default.
This is absolutely NOT the standard I am setting for myself for the entire month, I just take drawing birds from my own flock seriously
So one of my favourite species but also one of my birds that stood out to me, not my favourite, I don't have favourites. That's like having a favourite child

Turkeys are my favorite animal and this is one of my favorite turkey varieties and one of my favorite pictures on the internet

Strong arm hold pretty turkey! Love the tail feathers, and how soft she looks, too.

Favorite bird:

Again, I'll probably not do too much, but seeing the title, "Favorite Bird," I figured that would be simple enough, so I drew my 'favorite bird,' Bird of my favorite bird species: chickens. (I'm also early because I drew it last night, too. )

Adore how soft and delicate the shading is here. And scissortails are absolutely magical.

I don't really have a favorite bird
(there's just so many beautiful ones out there), but I love toucans.
This was a wee bit rushed as I was on a time crunch

Lovely! The colors on the bill look so vibrant!

I am currently so on top of this rn Which I know won't last cause later this month I will get busier but until then...

Day one: Favorite bird
Cedar Waxwings have been very dear to me for quite some time. They’re such infrequent visitors so it’s always a treat to get to see them up close.
So much color variation in these critters, they look like they’ve been airbrushed!

Yep. I work primarily in digital art, though traditional sketches often prove to be quicker to produce in this situation.
