Sneezing, Coughing, and Wheezing Chicken

One of my hens is sneezing, coughing, and wheezing. I don't know what to do because she isn't laying yet, she doesn't have social problems, and she has runny poop. I am 11 years old and a first time chicken owner. We have already quarantined her away from the other chickens. Please give suggestions on what to do.

i think she probably has gapeworms. it is a worm that lives in the chickens throat.

of course! it may also be because of heat, or flu.
