Hello,
My girlfriend and I have 26, 2 week old RiR. During the last three, four days a hand full of chicks have been sneezing periodicly. The ones sneezing are running around like teenage dare devils as the rest of them are. They don't appear to be sickly and have no drainage. Also eating, drinking, and pooping fine. Is this cause for concern or could it be from the dust in the brooder. The brooder is clean and dry. Within the last couple days the dust seems to be more. The brooder temp is 90f and 85f on the cool side. Your input is appriciated. THANK YOU

if they are running around and acting normal then i would say the dust....we kept our babies in my bathtub for the first couple of weeks and my walls and everything was covered in layers of dust.....

I hope so. They're really starting to feather out. The dust on the heat lamp hoods is very noticiable. The couple we noticed sneezing are running around like mad and are trying to fly. We turned off the TV last couple weeks, good entertainment.
Both of our allergies start acting up when go watch the chicks; hopfully it's only the dust bothering them too. Thank you for your response
