when i started my guys from babies last year it seemed like they had a respiratory tract infection with sneezing/wheezing breath sounds, but all it took was to give them a deeper water container that they could stick their whole head in and rinse their beaks out good, as well as their normal poulrty waterer, and all was peachy after. not sure if this will help yours, but it's an easy thing to try!
