My chicks are almost three weeks old, and I'm hearing a few sneezes. Ruby, my Buff Orp, seems to be the "sneeziest." I'm keeping the brooder clean and dry, although I did have the heat lamp set too high for two days, so maybe that's why. What can I give the girls to help them?

Sometimes it's just a change in the weather that does it. I have one that sneezes all the time. Just as long as you don't have anybody with wheezing or gunky snots you should be ok.

If you have a plastic waterer(sp? [IMG]) you could put a tablespoon of cider vinegar per gallon in there to help.

Okay, so far no gunk or wheezing, so we must be alright! I may get some ACV to keep on hand in case it gets worse. Thanks so much!
