Sneezing

I went into the coop tonight and most of my hens were sneezing. They seemed fine otherwise. Is this something I should be worried about? Anything I can do to help if it’s a respiratory illness?

my coop is very well ventilated and I recently cleaned it out, I change their water regularly, etc.

If you recently cleaned it, what kind of bedding are you using? Sometimes dust of bedding can cause sneezing. Sneezing isn’t always an indication of a respiratory disease.
