Hi! I am a newbie with 8 chicks! They are quite a bunch! I was wondering if it was normal for chickens to sneeze from time to time. I noticed that a couple of my chicks sneeze every once in a while. They look and act healthy, no discharges from anywhere. I have 4 wyandotte gold and 4 plymouth rock barred. I have been very careful to keep their brooder box very clean as well as their food and waterer. It just seems weird to see and here my chicks sneeze! Any thoughts?

Yep, it is normal. Mine do it from time to time also. And they are all as healthy as horses!

Thanks everyone! Nice to know my chicks are "normal"! Shavings make my allergies crazy but love those fuzzy babies!!!

yup--we are using pine. Never new that chicks could eat so much. They are crazy for grapes.
