I have a three month old New Hampshire Red chick that has a snotty nose. It's been cold and rainy for about the past 10 days but I have still kept the coop cleaned daily and the run cleaned about every other or third day. The only bedding in the coop is some hay in two of the nesting boxes. I am not sure if she has ventured into the nesting boxes yet. Coop is a dirt floor...water changed daily...all are fed a mix of lay feed and scratch from a hopper feeder. She just started showing this about three hours ago. There are seven other birds ranging in age from 3 months on up to about 2 years (not sure of the two oldest but hen is still laying so I assume her to be not much more than 2 years old). What could it be?
