snow and ducks

Our Call Ducks LOVED the water. The snow was hard on their feet. We had a small heater
in a corner of our pond and they swam, bathed and then sat in the sun on the snow.

NO HEAT in the Barn. Hay on the floor and food only in the Barn....no water. And Call Ducks have a small brain. They do not know enough to get in out of the rain or snow.

In my opinion it is pretty easy to tell if a duck is un-happy Shivering ect. So far mine seem to LOVE the snow!!!
