We just had a two hour delay yesterday for teacher workday

Two hour delay yesterday which caused more headaches than helped. But, today is a snow day!! It's fine since my school is closed too.

Only problem? I still have work to do and they have homework - their teacher thought ahead!) and they want help and to bicker!!

Will be sending them out in the snow soon and getting my bread baked!!

My teenage son is sleeping ...naturally I didnt even wake him up...so i could enjoy my morning coffee and romp on the computer ..he's not a morning person...just like me...but I HAVE TO GET UP !!!! I have responsibilities...gee I wish I was a teenager again.....and my DD is getting her cartoon fix.....

Well I just hate college. LCCC is the only school open in northeastern ohio!!!! THis is ridiculous!! I got up and told my dad this morning that I was not risking my life to drive to college, and then have to come home in worse weather!! Gahh im so mad!! I just cant believe they didnt close, seeing as how every school district around them is closed......sometimes I just dont understand people..

Western New york is getting snow, but no snow day...yet.

Snow day here but unfortunatly my students were supposed to take the NYS Earth Science Regents today. The district I work for is block scheduled so students take classes from September to January and take State exams in Jan, then they get new classes for February to June. Set up like college. So this means that my students will have to take the regents in June with no earth science class for 5 months.....that's a long time to forget the material!
