Snowflake quails

Do the male snowflake squawk or crow like other male quails

Snowflakes are bobwhites, so they're not going to crow like a coturnix.
He's going to sound something like this:

When do their true color come in so I can see what I have male vs female mine are few weeks old some may some june?

Bobwhites mature a bit slower than coturnix. I think around 12 weeks? @007Sean knows more about them than I do.
