Snowing in Mississippi

HA! You watch enough Talledega and you start wanting to join in.

I learned to drive in Birmingham, so I fit right in here in TN. It's an aggressive, FAST form of driving. There can be no hesitation. You just have to jump in and go. What makes me crazy is that some maniacal traffic planner has decided that what TN needs is more of those little round about things. I think that's just begging for someone to get run over!

The scary part last night was that you couldn't actually see the road. I drove home by following the tire tracks of the person in front of me. I could only hope that that person stayed on the road.

All of our snow has melted now.

Wow, all we got is a light dusting of snow!

I used to live down Lafayette, LA and never experience snow down there, just near freezing temps.

See New Awlins getting some snow????????? What a hoot! Have some snow on your beneits donuts!

Here's some pics I took of our snow and ice yesterday. Stayed on ground till late today and still have a bit left. I'm also on Miss/La border - 45 miles N of Baton Rouge.

We live in NE MS, Tupelo, and we got a big blast of snow that lasted for about 20 mins then the sun came out!!!! We did however get 6+ inches of rain. I'm so thankful for the sand in our coops and runs, no poop soup!
