I learned to drive in Birmingham, so I fit right in here in TN. It's an aggressive, FAST form of driving. There can be no hesitation. You just have to jump in and go. What makes me crazy is that some maniacal traffic planner has decided that what TN needs is more of those little round about things. I think that's just begging for someone to get run over!
The scary part last night was that you couldn't actually see the road. I drove home by following the tire tracks of the person in front of me. I could only hope that that person stayed on the road.
