Snowy white EE?

x2 ! My thoughts exactly. A snowy easter egger is just an easter egger but white, nothing special about their eggs or personality.. just more expensive

It’s funny because I had ordered 6 but only got 5 and then ordered another 3 for a week later and she was one of the three and I’m so glad I ordered them. Everyone told me 8 chickens was too much but all I can think about now is how I want more! I would love a Brahma! I hear they are “gentile giants”. My kids would love that.

I love my brahmas. I have three and a black jersey giant, and all three are pretty docile. Not with each other though... LOL One of my brahmas is definitely the top hen. Another one spent most of last summer trying to be broody and ignoring all attempts at breaking her. If she tries it again, I'm going to have to give her a brood to raise and then sell them.

I've been pretty hands off, in that way, with my chickens. My daughter likes to struggle snuggle all of the hens, preening their necks while she holds them. I don't know how much they like it, but they are used to being handled as a result.
