Meadow growled again to remind Lark and Finch of her presence. "You need to tell me exactly what is going on." she snarled at them.

Turning to Lilly, she said - "Traitors, are they? I'm going to find out..that's for sure!" She growled at Finch and Lark again. "Cove and Lilly, you too are very brave and true, that's for sure. Cove, what rank are you?"

Cove calmed his grawling down a little because it sounded to him that Meadow had things under control. He still kept a watchful eye on Lark though. He twitched his left ear when he heard Meadow ask him a question. "Mid-rank." Cove replied with his eyes still fixed on Lark. He raised his head up and let his fur down back to it's normal place.

"Good for you," Maiyun said as she trotted out of the bushes.

Cove paused. He had never thought of being a beta before. He didn't even have all four of his legs, so was it even possible for him to become a beta? He stopped grawling. He looked at Meadow. He was speechless. He didn't know what to say... or even think. He just stared at Meadow.

"Yours. But that doesn't mean I don't like to watch fights," Maiyun said, her eyes twinkling.
