While Akela was their with the pup she tried to tell what was happening with cove and why did no one answerer her call the pup was panicking about the water levels rising,and Akela could not calm him down she lifted up her nose to sniff if a wolf is around but becouse she was deep in a hole she didn't smell anything just the frightened pup ...and something els that she didn't understand
 
The dogs were barking at Cove as he pretended to be very hurt. He could see both the dogs and the humans quickly approaching. His plan was working. He heard Akela's howl, so he assumed that she had everything under control. Just before one of the dogs pounced on him, he suddenly leaped to his three feet knocking the attacking dog off of it's. Then he started walking away from where Akela and the two hiden pups where. The other dog ran in front of Cove and grawled deeply in it's throat. Cove tried walking by it, but the dog wouldn't let him. So, Cove dropped to the ground again pretending to be seriously hurt again. The dog went for attack, and like the first one, Cove quickly jumped back to his three feet and knocked the second dog off it's feet like the first one.

After he had done that, he looked back at the humans. He saw one of them pointing it's gun at him. He raised his fur up high and started snarling. He got down low and was getting ready to attack. He could see the other humans backing off. "Wait-" one suddenly said, "How often do you see a three-legged wolf? Or a wolf this close? He might be tamed." With that, the one talking started carefully walking towards Cove making a small sound. Cove kept his eyes on the one with the gun still grawling deeply.

The approaching human got really close to Cove. Cove didn't appear to have noticed the human approaching, so the human decided to reach out and pet him. "Good boy." He said softly as he started to pet Cove. Seeing that the Cove wasn't doing anything, the human with the gun lowered his gun. As soon as the human did that, Cove turned on the human petting him (even though he thought it felt good being petted), and attacked it. The human screamed of pain as Cove sinked his teeth into the humans arm.

The two dogs who were stunned by Cove knocking them over suddenly got back up and grawled hoping to protect their owner. The human with the gun didn't want to risk hurting his friend, so he pointed his gun in the air and fired a couple of shots hoping to startle Cove. It did more than startle Cove. As soon as the first gunshot filled the air, Cove yepped in absolute fear and took off running as fast as his three legs could carry him. Everybody who was there, thought that he disappeared like a puff of smoke because he left so quickly.

Cove was extremely scared of loud noises. The gunshots caused him to go in a panic. He ran and ran not knowing anything. He forgot everything. He didn't know where he was going or what he was doing. Everything was a blur. He didn't feel even feel his feet on every leap that he took. The only thing that he could feel was the bottom of his left hind leg. It started to hurt as if the rest of it was still there. He didn't slow down for nothing, but the pain of his left hind leg reminded of what happened to it. He stayed in his panicle run promising himself that he'd never let what happened happen again.
 
The rain stopped now the pup calmed down and started playing in the water.akels was now better but still had dizzyness .she tried to leap up to the top ,but the hole was really deep "*how could humans dig this?*"she said to her self and trued once more she jumped further now but the dirt moved and ran down the holes sides in Akelas eyes.she tried rinsing it with water but it just didn't work .the littel pup got bored and asked Akela to tell him a story Akela smiled and went back to when she was a pup

"Once ina deep dark but quite forest lived a pack of wolves .they were far away from this place .a wise alpha was born called raven ,a brave and smart little alpha pup
But she was different then the rest ...she fell in love in a young omega which was a mysterious and smart ,brave and strong wolf hybrid with two tales .his name was melmoth and was a lonely surviver of a burnt down zoo
He met ravin at a young age and told himself he will protect her with all her heart .once people came to wipe out all the wolves and set down traps they burned the whole forest and the only way to escape was the south but when running their (with their new born pup Akela) they didn't know their was hunters with guns on the end of their path . melmoth tho senced them out and roles my mother to run east with me and so she did but saddly got trapped in a bare trap with bells when one of the dogs herd the bells he ran with his owner .then raven got killed on her pups eyes . Little Akela ran to find father but he was gone in a trailer .she ran after him but he herd him say "find faith in your family and turn hate in in love ...wolves are born good but develp hate while they grow" and the n Akela
found the acorn pack and was accepted"

Akela herd a shot now she got worried about cove and the pack I have to get out she said but when she tried to get up fast she felt dizzy and fell unconscious again

Akela woke up now the little pup was nudging her on the paw "i smelled a wolf running "Akela Smelled it clear that the humans were gone and their is nothing left but ones blood .

Akela howled for help but their was no answer the little wolf fell asleep under her three tails so she didn't move .it started snowing now she gently moved the pup where it wasn't that cold and started jumping up again "I am a good jumper but this...this is too high ...no doubt that humans had a ladder with them ."

She was close to the packs camp but it seemed like they were ignoring her .she tried to find a rock or a twig to grab on to and from it leap again but the humans were smarter then she thought .even if she had to throw the pup out ,he would not make it

As Akela realised she can stay hear for a while she went to the pup and started diging many she can do a tunnel?
So off she went digging but know humans will come soon...to see what got caught in their traps ...

Kasha, still looking for her brother thought that she heard another wolf howling. She smiled, threw her head back and let out a howl. Then, wagging her tail, she ran to where she heard the howl come from. She was hoping that the other howling wolf wanted to play with her. She didn't realize that the other wolf was howling for help.

She finally got to the hole that Akela was in. She peeked in and saw Akela digging and the pup. "Hey Akela!" She shouted smiling. "Why is everybody digging today?" She started to frown. "So nobody wants to play." Then she got an idea and started pacing back and forth around the rime of the hole trying to decide where should she land, thinking about jumping down into the hole, too. She started wagging her tail again as she paced and thought, "Maybe if I jump down there, Akela will want to play with me."

After pacing a little, Kasha jumped. "Digging is over! Time to play!" She shouted as she quickly placed her feet neatly under her. She landed on all fours proudly. She sat down on her hocks with her two front paws up. "Play with me, Akela!" She smiled wagging her tail wildly not realizing that she too, was now stuck in a hole.
