Welcome to BYC. If your hen has made her nest in an unsecured spot, you should certainly move her. I assume the other 4 hens were taken by a predator?

You can and should move her but she will likely break her broodiness when you do. Do you have an incubator to finish hatching her eggs? Do you have a predator proof coop and run for her?

We have predator free coop to move her to. We got a rooster to protect our hens to no avail

Roosters don't generally protect hens, they sound an alarm so that the hens can try to hide or run away.
It's best to have a secure run attached to a secure coop.
Incubating and hatching eggs will draw predators. I'd move her to a safe location on fake eggs. Once she settles down, you can place the real eggs under her.
