I would put them out in the coop in a safe way like some do, but it’s going to storm till they are about 5 weeks. Do I bring them out when it’s sunny? Is it ok if there is slight rain with a place for them to cover till I get them in?

Is your coop dry or will they get wet in the coop section? Is your coop larger than your brooder? Can you leave them locked in the coop only until the rains pass?
It gets wet in some places, but not too serious. The coop is WAY bigger than the brooder. They know how to get out but don't. For them, It's scary in the run.

Just put them in the coop as long as it's dry enough and relatively draft free and predator proof. No reason to baby them at this age. I left mine out during a night of torrential rain (before 2 weeks I did move the brooder to the garage if there was rain) and then through a fireworks show next door and they were fine.
