So do I need to give them a bath?

So my 4 year old was letting our chicks eat out of her hand. When I turned to do the wash - she decided to sprinkle them all with their food.
Should I give the chicks a bath?
And how do I do that?

Was is dry food? If so, I wouldn't worry about it. If it's wet food and they are really dirty, you can bathe them in warm water with baby shampoo and blow dry and place under a heat source.

Yes it was dry. Ok good to know. I just didn't want them pecking at each other
