Hi, my name is Megan. I have wanted some chickens for quite a while now and my hubby finally agreed to it. I live in town and we are allowed 3 hens. I have a mixture...cinnamon queen, Easter egger, and a Barr rock. I want them to be comfortable around my two young boys and my little Boston Terrier. We handle them daily and they seem to recognize me. It is simply amazing to see how quickly they grow! Anyhow, I am a full time nursing student and momma to a 4 and 5 year old. I love my pets, I feel like I run a zoo some days, but I wouldn't have it any other way!
