We have a new member of our family. She is a true black mini donkey. She is a doll!!!!
She is 8 months old and came to us one week ago today. She'll be 1 year old this June.
She is settling really well and has attached herself to our one goat, Max.
She is bonding to my brother. He is who feeds her every day while I am recovering from my second knee replacement surgery (left knee replaced Nov. 8 and the right knee was done Feb. 7). I am starting to be able to get outside some, and have had a couple days where she could come into our backyard. I can set in a chair on the patio out there. So she and I are getting acquainted too.
