I'm glad I am not the only one with a DH that can't build anything. Our coop project is starting this weekend and I will be doing most of the work.

Today I made the pop-out door and the people door (just finished putting hardware cloth on the top half of the people door...) We finished screwing in all of the wrap around boards tonight...I was going to take pics, but it is now dark. I will take pics tomorrow---I am rather proud of my doors! lol

Next we are going to put tin on and then move it with the tractor to its actual location.

Oh and the people door is not attached because "someone" forgot to get hinges while he was picking up extra 2x4's... oh well he works in town

oh and did I mention I am only working on this while the kids nap? and in the evenings when hubby is home to help watch the kids? (Kids age 2 and 3 1/2...)

I am where you are....I have to start building our coop as we have week old babies...and my husband does NOT want the chickens and is probably NOT going to help me! Who says we can't do it ourselves! Your pictures are proof...thank you for sharing!!!!
