I grew up with chickens and have been talking about getting some for years! A week ago I finally got some. After lots of research I got 1 Welsummer(now 1 1/2 weeks), 1 Speckled Sussex (about 2 1/2 weeks), 1 Easter Egger(sold as an "Ameraucana", but I know that is a sticky subject!, now about 2 weeks), and 1 Golden Sex Link (now 1 1/2 weeks). They all are looking like pullets based on everything I have seen on this website, but I know how that goes!

Lots of fun so far, I have really enjoyed this Forum and learned so much!

Hope to contribute where I can and ask for help when I need it!
