Hi, my name is Bridget and I live in Oregon with my husband and 6 kids. I've been raising chickens for the last 10 years or so. We started out with 3 backyard chicks and now have 24 on a little hobby farm. They're a bit addicting. Every time I have a question this is the first place I come so I thought it was time to join in all the fun. Thanks for such a great site!

I also have a goose sitting on some egg's but she is under the
front porch so it is hard to take a picture of her and she has
six security guards protecting her ......



So yes the math on these guys is really something ....

Thanks! I have 4 brown leghorns, 3 New Hampshire reds, 5 easter eggers, 3 buff orpingtons, 3 light brahma, 2 blue cochin, 1 white cochin, and 3 barred rocks.

Most of them are new chicks after a predator got our girls and left us with 3 :(
